Our response to Coronavirus

We are so excited to welcome you back to our shop and see all of your friendly faces!

Things will look a little different at Outsider. We recognize the uneasiness felt throughout our community and the challenges we all face continuing on this uncertain path. This situation brings many changes. We are following State, County and Town requirements; face coverings that cover the nose and mouth are required for ALL employees & guests (please wear & bring your own mask).

Please take care of yourself, your families, and the ones you love.
— Todd & Ciara

Our commitment in keeping our communities safe and healthy is our priority

  • To prevent crowds from gathering, we will limit the number of customers in the store at any one time to a maximum of 4 persons

  • If a team member is sick or displaying symptoms they will stay home or be sent home to take care of themselves and the environment

  • Symptom checks are being conducted before employees may enter the work site

  • Curb-side drop-off/pick-up of products is available

Keeping it clean

  • We wipe down our credit card terminals, registers, counters, door handles, phones, and any area that comes into regular contact

  • Hand sanitizer is available to the public and employees at or near the entrance or checkout counter of the shop

  • We will keep the doors open as much as possible for air circulation

For our customers

  • Avoid entering the facility or location if you have a cough or fever, or if you are sick or feel any symptoms of sickness, we ask that you shop our store online

  • Maintain a minimum six-foot distance from one another; sneeze and cough into a cloth or tissue or, if not available, into one’s elbow; and not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary physical contact

  • Wear your own mask

  • Request that you pay by using a credit card to minimize a cash exchange

We believe these measures are necessary and appropriate to keep you, our customers, and our community safe. Thank you again for your support, understanding, and cooperation. We’re glad to open our doors to all of you!
